Lofthouse Residences win a luxurious refurbishment project in an idyllic plot in West Berkshire
Our latest project win is a modern fusion, combining contemporary innovation and technology with an exterior design that is aesthetically sympathetic to the existing dwelling and the surrounding architectural and environmental vernacular.
In keeping with our mission to build the extraordinary, the vision includes an outdoor cinema room, luxury swimming pool, tree houses, spectacular water features and a new stream. The residence will house an array of contemporary sustainable features, including underfloor heating, high-performance insulation, air source heat pumps, high-yield solar and a sedum roof.
The interior of the property provides a stunning contrast to the classic facade, open, bright and replete with smart technology, the layout delivers contemporary luxury living and unfettered views over an acre of grounds. Landscaping will be a sophisticated mix of formal garden, wild planting and woodland retreat, carefully planned to provide a beautiful environment in which to entertain.
We are honoured to be working with and supporting the architectural vision of Shukla Design in this smart extended refurbishment. With groundwork and demolition already underway, we are excited to be adding another extraordinary case study to our growing portfolio.
